The room is large and clean, I had one issue which you can hear very clearly the sound of neighbour when they go to the bathroom 😏.
Breakfast need huge improvement, not for 5 stars hotel at all, very basic choices.

The hotel is in very nice location , there is alot of shops and cafes near the hotel ,
But some single rooms has glass door for bathroom which alows the sun to enter , so if you are willing to sleep in the morning , you couldnt ,

In a world of fast check-ins and impersonal experiences, reminded me what true hospitality feels like. Good job by the floor supervisor n manager for assisting n checking the room all times to ensure everything is there in the room.

Service in the Redlion was exceptional, Phuo was an amazing server and the atmosphere and service was amazing. Room was lovely and service at the reception was also incredible. Atmosphere at the pool and around the hotel was also really lovely and very welcoming

Hotel is close to all facilities. Room is big with amazing panoramic view. Food is delicious. Staff treatment is amazing. So professional when dealing with any request . Definitely I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and will come back.
